Rosie Calle (they/she)
My main goal is to create a safe space where you can have corrective experiences and increase self-compassion. I strive to cultivate understanding and connection through witnessing your experiences. I offer a space to contemplate change and process emotions, but also help you brainstorm practical solutions to life's problems. I am focused on affirming my client’s experiences, being curious about interpersonal patterns, and helping clients to own areas of both strength and growth. While I offer person-centered, talk therapy, I also guide clients in executive function analysis and strategic planning, as well as trauma processing through EMDR. I tailor my approach to your needs, and you choose how and when you would like to use the tools I have to offer.
I am passionate about supporting people and their families, helping them to access resources and realize that they are not alone. During these turbulent and traumatizing times I am more committed than ever to supporting my community.
On a personal note, I am a queer, Autistic, tattooed therapist. I am a dog parent, and I’m either watching trash reality television or reading a murder mystery novel. I will always be real with my clients because I have the privilege to work with some pretty cool people.
